Multitemp - the most variable

Our measurement heads of the "Multitemp" series allow a precise, non-contact temperature measurement on tubes, wires, cables, metallic conductors, optical fibers, etc.

Independent of the material (all metals and all non-metallic materials) and independent of the surface finish (high gloss, matt, coated etc.).

MLT measurement heads are characterized by highest performance, easy handling, large measuring range and a variable design.

Applications include tubes, rods, conductors and cables with large diameters and much more.

Many of our customers also use the MLT to measure flat profiles and objects.

The measurement head is equipped with two adjustable guide shoes for perfect adaptation to the measured object.

This makes it very easy to integrate the MLT into one or more lines with different product sizes.

The open design also makes it very easy to change the measured object.

Two of our largest lune heatflow sensors guarantee high precision in non-contact temperature measurement and perfect control of the conductor preheating.

Temperature deviations are detected and communicated to the process control within milliseconds.

No calibration of the sensor is required. The head works reliably and wear-free in any production line - Plug & Play.

The most variable lune measurement head is able to cover line speeds up to 600 m/min (1968 ft/min) with highest precision.

The MLT is suitable for product diameters from 3.0 mm - 100.0 mm (0.0197” - 3.937”).

You are welcome to use our optional XY-stand to install the measurement head in your production line.
